How fresh is the coffee when it ships?
We roast our beans in small batches daily. Your coffee is typically roasted within 24 to 48 hours of your order being placed to ensure maximum freshness upon arrival.
What is the best way to store my coffee beans?
To maintain flavor, store your coffee in a cool, dark place in an airtight container. Avoid the refrigerator or freezer, as moisture can compromise the oils and aroma of the beans.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to offer global shipping in the near future.
Can I modify or cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can manage your subscription through your account dashboard. You have the flexibility to change your frequency, swap roast profiles, or cancel at any time.
What is your return policy on food items?
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns on roasted beans. However, if there is an issue with your order or you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement or refund.
Are your coffee beans ethically sourced?
Absolutely. We practice direct trade and work closely with farmers to ensure fair wages, sustainable farming practices, and the highest quality specialty-grade beans.
